Behind the result - No mystery in the method

Using your amounts in one currency, the planner adds materials and any optional estimates, then subtracts the total from your budget. It displays amounts to two decimal places. A negative remainder means the estimates exceed your budget; blank optional cost fields are not listed. Blank optional fields are omitted. Text is displayed literally, not interpreted as HTML.

The tool does not book a contractor, does not give professional advice, does not fetch, validate or confirm bookings, live prices or exact rates, does not fetch live data, and does not store data on a server.

Is this a fixed renovation quote?

No. The result is arithmetic based on your own estimates. It is not a quote and does not fetch live prices, account for unentered costs or book a contractor.

Can I share or print my plan?

Yes. Use Print / save PDF to open your browser’s print dialog, or Download .txt to save a plain-text file. You can share the saved file yourself.

Does the site store my budget estimates?

The tool keeps your inputs and result in the current browser page only. It does not send or store them on a server. Refreshing or leaving clears the page state; hosting and other WordPress components may process ordinary technical request data.
