Ideas and estimates, not advice

Plans are created from information you enter. They are not inspections, fixed quotes or professional design, building, legal or financial advice. Verify your own measurements and assumptions and consult qualified professionals when appropriate.

No live prices or bookings

The tools do not book contractors or fetch, validate or confirm bookings, live prices or exact rates. Budget and paint results are estimates using your own figures, not guarantees of actual cost or required materials.

Safety and your decisions

Home work can involve risks. Do not undertake electrical, structural or other potentially dangerous work beyond your competence. Stop when there is a safety concern and seek qualified help. You are responsible for decisions and independent checks.
